Does anybody know if UCLA fills up earlier, and what the ost is for residents and non-residents

UCLA said they will accept 45 people Dec. 1 (out of a class of about 85). The cost for residents is about $45,000 (I think-including living expenses), and for non-residents it's $12,000 more for the first year.

They claimed that they were #2 on NB Part I, but at my UConn interview, they told me the same thing...so I'm a little confused.

I am also interested in the ranking of National Board Part I of each school. Can anyone provide the link? Thanks.
