Pre-health committee letter is sufficient. The dentist letters is beneficial and you dont need anymore LORs. In case you wouldnt have used pre-health committee letter, three LORs from faculty members is required. The dentist or employer letter will be in addition to those three faculty letters.
But a pre-health committee letter will be sufficient.
