Yes. I've heard from many people that UConn is one of the best pharmacys schools in the US.

There's not really any 'bad' pharmacy schools, almost all of them are 90%+ NAPLEX passing rates. Essentially all schools will adequately prepare you. There are rankings that can be found on the web, if you want to know the 'best' ones. But also take into account that the rankings are largely based off research and grant money the college draws in.
