The UCSD Postbacc does NOT guarantee an admission or an interview at the UCSD School of Medicine. However, the program has been around for about 16 years and the same person has been in charge of it. Therefore, there is lots of experience involved, and from what I could see at the interview they're doing a great job. Also, the school is beautiful.
