So I have three e-mails from UCSF:

The first one give a website where you can check the status of your application and the second is an apology saying that the first is only intended for those who already submitted their secondaries. The third one states that it is a confirmation that my secondary was received and my application is complete and under review but when I log on to Webtools there is that check box thing and it only has my DAT scores checked off. I guess I'm wondering if anyone else's Webtools checklist is not up to date. The school really should have had all my stuff a long time ago.

I'm aware. But I just want to make sure other people who sent all the stuff are in the same boat as me so I don't have to worry. Just trying to find out sooner then later.

i got two emails that your talking about and i sent in my supplemental about three days ago. I checked my status and like yours, only my DAt scores are checked. i was gonna call but i thought i'd just wait it out until Friday to see if they are going to up date it.

This is exactly what happened to me, only they didn't update it yesterday. 🙁

how long did it take them to send you an e-mail after receiving your application/dat scores? My application was mailed out on 8/20 and my DAT was taken on 8/25 and I haven't gotten anything :-/

I just had something weird happen. I got an e-mail a few hours ago saying that my application was incomplete because I needed to send in my high school transcripts. Okay. Then about 2 hours later I got another e-mail saying that my application was complete and that nothing else was needed from me. I haven't sent out any high school transcripts. 🙄 Odd.

They were a little slow on the response when i asked for a fee waiver. I don't have enough time to send in the secondary, so I'm withdrawing my app. Oh well.

wait... they need your HS transcript too? I don't even know where mine is. Do they take you a long time to send you your secondary?

they tell you in the secondary if you need to send HS transcripts..DO NOT send them before then..they DO NOT want anything sent to them beforehand...

Yeah, I saw that in the secondary and I did not meet the criteria, so I think they sent me the request on accident, especially considering the follow up e-mail 2 hours later saying that my application was complete. I'm going to e-mail them anyway to make sure.

I have nothing checked. It is weird....I am worried about DAT, I took it at the end of June.

anyone know what 'credential evaluation' means on the webtools checklist? also, my 'international transcripts' box isn't checked but shouldn't the school have my transcripts via aadsas (i'm a canadian applicant)?

If you could list what date was your application mailed and when was your secondary e-mail received that would be awesome 🙂

Did anyone notice UCSF's description of "Under Review?"

The Applicant's secondary application has been received but the file is incomplete because either one or several items have not been received. Please see Checklist Items. All applicants will receive an e-mail detailing items needed or whether the application is complete.

How does that constitute being "under review?" All my documents are in except international transcripts and high school transcripts...and that’s because I’m not an international student and I don’t have to send them my high school transcript.

I’m a bit confused as to whether my file is complete or not 😕
