Hi,

I am an entering student~ currently looking for housing info. I would like to live close by campus.. and so far I am interested in either the Ave house or Irving street. How do you like them? Is living on campus cheaper than living off campus? Any input will be appreciated~!!! thanks!!! 😀

Hi,
I stayed with my friend at irving st. when I was there for my interview. It was a brand-new awesome place to live in 👍 . It's also like 3 minutes of walking from the dental building. It's right next to the parking structure, and if you take the elevator up I think you can get to milberry union. I would love to live there if I was going there.

The only thing is that I am not sure about the availability of the rooms at irving st. All the rooms are occupied now, and the residents just moved in last year (since it's newly built). I would imagine nobody would want to move out of such a nice place. However you should try to apply anyway. Good luck.
