I have a question about this because I have an interview coming up here and I just want to get an idea of what my chances are as an OOS applicant. I am really hyped about this school!

For the 2011 cycle, UCSF did not report how many were interviewed, only the number accepted, which is 82 IS and 39 OOS.
Sorry can't help you with actual percentages.

From the 2010 ADEA statistics it shows:

UCSF:

Total applicants: 1762
Total enrolled: 86

Total OOS applicants: 756
Total OOS accepted: 35

Total IS accepted: 77

I don't have the values for how many OOS applicants were actually interviewed or anything. Hope this helps a little.
