MS-DPT
What the program looks like to me is a masters program combined with a transitional DPT program.

This states that you will go through 27 months of study, then take the National Licensing Exam. After the exam you will continue in their post professional PT program (where you will already be licensed) to gain your Doctorate in Physical Therapy, which will take 9 months.
Post Professional PT
This program is just a transitional DPT Program.
DPTSc
This program, allows one to build an area of emphasis and expertise. It is open to experienced clinicians, and takes 3 years of full time study. Most DPTSc degrees are seen as terminal degrees, meaning there is nothing higher to achieve, at least clinically.
I am not completely sure about the differences in the knowledge between a Certified Specialist and a DPTSc though, so that would be an area to ask another question about.
