need clarification: for those who have received UCSF's secondary, for the first question of Form C, the question is asking you to describe any ONE experience right?

The first question asks "describe any.. experience" vs. the second's "describe one activity". I feel like 'any' translates to any/all otherwise they would have also asked specifically for one.

my mailing w/o DAT scores was 7/30. mailing WITH DAT scores is tomorrow. I got my secondary yesterday--not exactly sure how they verified my scores.
