UCSF Status Page??

Hello all,

I submitted UCSF's secondary on 8/29 and there is no notice of a secondary being recieved on the status page, it simply says: "secondary requested"

can anybody tell me if they update your status when a secondary is sent in???

I wouldn't hold my breath. I actually hand delivered my application. I mailed in my first one but they had not recieved it 8 days later and I mailed it from San Francisco, so I hand delivered a copy.

I did this one week ago and my status is the same. My check has not been cashed. They may move a little slowly right now.

Use online checking to see if they cashed your $60 check. That's what I did to confirm that UCSF got my secondary.

i just got my ucsf secondary today. is the secondary really that simple? (no questions, just like penn) wow just take my money thanks.

as long as you're not applying to a joint program, it's just like Penn.

i have a feeling ucsf looks at California applicants ahead of everyone else (not first come first serve)... so even if you're very early in the process, if there is a California applicant that applies today, they'll look at theirs.... just a guess.... or they have 1 person out of their 30 person admissions staff that looks at out-of-state..haha

Agreed. I mailed mine a month ago, and they cashed the check yesterday. 🙄
