so I took AP chem in high school and passed with a 5. when i got to college, i retook that class because it's for my major, it goes more into depth in college, etc etc

ucsf's website states, "if you have passed an accepted AP test and have also taken the approved prerequisite course (including the humanities / social science prerequisites), we use the course to fulfill the prerequisite and to calculate the pre-pharmacy GPA."

on form D, do i just list the class i took in college? or do i have to list both? the website states, "You must account for all prerequisites with completed, in progress and/or planned course work " so i'm not sure what to do...

any help?

On the supplemental you just need to list the actual college course that you took because that is what they will use to check off that you fulfilled that prerequisite. You can list the AP class along with the course on your pharmCAS app.

Be sure to list the course!!!!

UC lists a passing AP score as a "C"....so it would be in your benefit to list the class you took - it will help your gpa.
