The AADSAS application asked you to list and briefly describe any practical or observational experience (paid or voluntary), that you have had in dentistry or another health care field. Use the space below to tell the Admissions Committee what you learned from this experience, and how it reinforced your career choice. (1500 characters)
Discuss one activity or experience you listed in your AADSAS application as a means of providing evidence of your leadership skills or self-initiative. (1500 Characters)

Ucsf gives u a deadline of 2 weeks to complete after receiving the supplemental application.

I was batch 1...planning on working on it as soon as I get home from vacation. So hopefully by next week
You should've seen supplemental for UNC...
*shivers*
I am not spending as much time on these supplementals as I probably should....

I honestly don't think they will make or break you. They are only a couple sentences long on stuff you've already talked about. I say just look human in them.
