I have a question about the Form A: Proposed Course Schedule.
Do we just write down the prerequisites (what UCSF dental school requires) or every class for during current academic year?
There is only 4 slots to write down, and that's obviously not enough for me to write all class down.
Information on one page says prerequisites, and information on other page says to include all courses.
