UCSF recently sent me an email saying they wanted a copy of my unofficial transcripts in order to complete processing my secondary application. But don't they already have a copy of my official transcripts through my application? Anyone know why this is? Seems kind of weird, but hopefully its a good thing🙂

I think they like you, and are asking for your unofficial transcript because they are interested in knowing more about you. They might want to check if you're finishing up prereq classes, or if you are taking higher level classes, or to confirm your status as a full time student. I believe that this is good news for you =)

Ahhh, that must be right. I'm taking some fairly hard classes this last quarter so hopefully they'll show me some mercy😛
