Does UF only give out secondaries to applicants they are going to interview or to every applicant that applies?

I'm a reapplicant and I'm a bit worried because I'm still waiting for one LOE, my teacher is soo slow!!! Although last year I received an interview and my DAT scores were not received until like September.

My cousin who attended UF dental said people who receive a secondary most likely gets an interview. Anyone know if this is true???

I just got an interview from them last Wednesday, they sent me a secondary to fill out July 22nd. I'm an OOS applicant abd I think I submitted the secondary the week before last week. My guess is the secondary is almost like giving an interview but I guess is like the final step of whether they want to or not. My friend who is a D1 right now got rejected without filling a secondary so hopefully that helps you out.
