Congrats! When did you have your interview? I just had mine a week ago and they told me that they review some applicants by January 31st and the rest by Feb 28th.

Well it was January 26th I believe. If you want to find out if they reviewed your app, just call the Admissions office. Thats how I found out. Best of Luck!

Hey...I too am from IL and applied to UIC. I have talked to John aka B10 a bunch since going to SIU to interview (12/10)...in any case...no interview yet. I know a few people in the first year class and my dad and uncle both went to dental school at UIC back in the day (oh by the way it doesnt matter). Basically, if I dont hear by around the 3rd week of February, I know its not going to happen. I have called a bunch (talked to Ann and a few others) and I just dont know what is going to happen...I am sure you all know the program has its problems both academically and administratively but nonetheless is a strong school (cost, location, diverse case loads in clinic, etc). Have been on a few interviews with no luck so far....still hoping and waiting on UIC. Any insight....let me know
