UIC cost of attendance

Does anyone know what the cost of attendance is for instate at UIC? i want to get a rough number including the estimates for room/board and all that to compare out of state schools.

I think the living expenses (including room and board) estimated at ~$20,000/year

$57,000 a year tuition for in state and goes up every year/ room ~$700 - $1000
