UIC - Fall 2011 or Fall 2012 !?!

Hi there my brothers and sisters,
I'm going to finish all my prerequisite courses by Spring 2011. And by that time, I already have my PCAT done.
My question is, should I apply by the end of Spring 2011 or by the end of Fall 2010? Because the deadline of UIC is somewhere in February, and the deadline of PharmCAS is 1/12 (correct me if i'm wrong pls).
Some people say that we can apply before we finish the prerequisite (just state that we are going to finish them before getting into Pharm School)...
I'm confused... when should I apply to get done the fastest way?
Please advice! Much much much appreciate, bros and sis!!

You can apply for Fall 2011 entry. You'll have to apply by that date in January 2011.
