UIC Interview qualifications?

Is NBDE part 2 required for obtaining a seat at UIC? I am taking it this month but my score may not be in before the interview date.

Also did UIC start sending out interview letters yet? When will they do it?

Anyone give a thought to what the degree is at UIC? Is it equivalent to DDS? How does it compare to NYU or other schools? Can we practice all over the US with this degree? These questions are very important to me.

Any thoughts are appreciated.
