you have two 1-on-1 interviews. they are roughly 15-20 minutes long. they have the option of doing open file or closed file, however both of mine told me they had not looked at my file yet. the interviews are just conversations, however they were a little more "stiff" than others. not talking about the interviewers, just the conversation in general. i connected well with both of them, but still, serious convos. also...one of my interviewers was heavy in research, and the other heavy in community service - i am very very fortunate that i have had experience in both. just try to swing the interview into what your strengths are and you will be golden. good luck!
