hey UIC online says my app. status check online login is expired. Does anyone know what this means?

anyone having problems loading the status check page? i wanted to check before it closes for "maintenance" but it isnt loading for some reason...

I was trying around 3:30 today. It would show the login page, but would not let me log in..................if this is anything like Northwestern then I think were in bad shape!!!!!!!!!!
