UIC status question.

Hi everyone,
My AADSAS status for UIC is "Received/Application Complete" for a while. They just added "This status may not change until the cycle is complete. Not all applications move to interview or review status. Interviews are by invitation only" this morning.
Could any one explain what is the meaning of that? Does it mean that I am rejected? Does anyone have the same status?

Have the same status on my aadsas. Was hoping for an interview if for no other reason but to visit chicago (went to college there and still have some friends in the area). I wouldn't read too much into this. It's important to stay positive, people!

I don't believe that it means that much. I received an interview and my aadsas also says interviews are by invitation only. I wouldn't worry about it too much

Does anyone know if UIC will have AADSAS updated morning of DEC 1st. Does anyone have any knowledge of what time we may see UIC updates?

I know we will receive phone calls if we get in, but I was hoping we could find out earlier just by checking our AADSAS status.

From my interview, they said they will call. They will change the status to "accepted" if they can't get a hold of you over the phone. Just keep your phone close to you.

Also from last year it looks like they change Aadsas to "offer made"in the morning. Gulp.

So far we have NOT heard of anyone getting blanks for UIC this year, or previously.

Other schools are throwing blanks all over the place.

I literally received a phone call 20 minutes ago inviting me for an interview. The status change certainly doesn't mean anything.
