For those who interviewed at UIC, have u heard anything from them?

By any chance did you interview on Dec. 7? If so, I did too, and we've met already. I know Ann Shorrock said to call January 16 or so to find out if we were accepted or not. However, I'm willing to bet they will send out acceptences before that (this month) if they really liked what they saw on interview day.

January 16 is probably the next adcom meeting date, and the 15th is the date first round acceptances (Dec. 5) deposit is due (I think). So they are pretty much waiting to see how many students take their seats in the class.

Will either of you guys attend UIC if you are accepted?

Yes, UIC is my first choice, and my sister is currently a student there, so I'm pretty familiar with life as a UIC dental student.

I interviewed on Nov 17th. They said they will be meeting on Dec 5th. I cant get hold of them to check the status of my application. UIC is my top choice too!

I interviewed in the middle of October, and I haven't heard back from them yet. Is there a reason why they take longer than other schools?

Never mind, I got my acceptance letter today.
