UIC does not do rolling admissions.
Haven't you gotten an email from them stating the process?

In January/February, all the applications will be reviewed. The top 300 will be selected, and invited to go to an interview during the last full week of March, for that is UIC Spring Break. Within 2-3 weeks from the interview, they will inform you of their final selection: accepted, waitlisted, or rejected.
