UIW Financial sheet?

Most schools list tuition, fees, room/board, equipment etc. UIW's website does not list room/board. Does anyone know what the 1st year expected finances are?

They estimate about $48,000 which includes everything (tuition, books, fee, housing, personal, etc). They have student housing on the main campus, but most students live in apartments around the medical center (where the building is) because they don't want to end up rooming with undergraduates.
