I'm struggling with a choice between UK and USC for dental school. Both are great for completely different reasons. I can't think of two schools that are more different in size, location, etc. I don't have much experience with either place. Which would you choose and why?

Go to USC, I interview at UK on Jan 19th and if you open up a seat then maybe I will get in!!!!!!!!!!! Just kidding... not really, but do whatever feels right to you. :horns:

usc its a big difference in price but not sure if your doing the HPSP. Cali weather, beaches, diversity > KY 👍

UK hands down. Do you really want to be over 400k in debt? Would you want to do PBL? Some people would, just most people wouldn't. I think I would only if I had no other choice.

I am doing the HPSP program, so tuition isn't really a factor. Cost of living still is.

There's been a lot of negative threads in the past about USC. Do a search.

Generally speaking, most state schools are pretty solid.

I believe USC has a new dean now so things will change. Look money isn't a factor here so go with the school that you felt right at when you were there. Where will you be happy at for those years?

Get pros and cons for each school, compare, and send your deposit or depositS😉
