I'm afraid your best option is to pray that Turkey joins the EU soon. And even then I believe you will find the competition for jobs intense.
As of last year non-EU doctors need a certificate from the hospital employing them to say that the vacancy cannot be filled by a U.K./EU applicant. It's alleged that several thousand South Asian hopefuls have already left the U.K. unable to find employment.
You can in the meantime take the PLAB exam - the licensing exam required for non-EU doctors (but it will not get you a job). See the GMC's website for more details about PLAB and registration - http://www.gmc-uk.org/doctors/work_permits/index.asp
