I need some information on visa tiers. My specific question is: Which visa is better for staying for a few years: Tier 2 General or Tier 2 shortage or some other?
If one intends taking up a tier 2 General job after say, six months, but has presently been offered a tier 2 shortage job, is it better not better to apply for a tier 2 General visa at the first instance itself? Specifically asking: Can one apply for a Tier 2 general visa when the job offered is a tier 2 shortage job? Thanks.
