I only interviewed there so I am certainly no authority. I remember leaving feeling it was a solid program. They alternate taking 1 and 2 in the match every other year. Faculty all seemed nice. Couple of really young faculty, one in minimally-invasive spine and one in vascular/endovascular. Residents all seemed to be down-to-earth and friendly. I believe most the residents are married and some with kids. Dont exactly remember how call was set-up but I think it was ~q 4 or 5 through your PGY-4 year and back-up home call after that. Seemed to be one of the more resident-friendly programs. I think they pay for you to go to a conference every year and had a nice book fund. Biggest reason I checked it out was that it is 6 years total. This is huge and would strongly advise checking out the 6 year programs. Lexington seemed like a nice town with very affordable housing
