Oh man, if that was me, and I saw that golf cart and those shorts, I would have had a knee in my back, mace in my eyes and a tazer in my crotch in no time flat.
I agree 100% what the officer did was wrong.
But kids like that piss me off to. I at least expect someone's attention when I speak to them.
