umass or harvard?

I am trying to take all my pre-med courses at harvard extension, but they do not offer summer courses (i would have to take harvard univ. summer classes which cost 4 times more than extension classes). Would it be ok to take 2 summer classes at umass so that I can take the April '05 MCAT and then continue taking the harvard extension courses in the fall? Or does this look bad to schools because i am taking courses at 2 different schools?
