UMD LOR requirement

I submitted two LOR's one from general chem and one from orgo. Will I be screened out seems we need to do do one bio and one chem LOR. I have been out of school for 3 years and I know only chem teachers.

I called last week and still waiting for call back. Thought why not ask here, why reinvent?

i heard they can be flexible with the requirement sometimes, but it's really best to talk to them.
