As long as you do well on your standardized test aka GREs or DATs, you have a pretty good chance. I got into the UMDNJ-BMS program this fall with a 2.8

thanks for the feedback.

You should get in touch with Dr. Ingoglia, the Associate Dean of the program in regards to what you need for admission. The program does have a non-matriculated status option, which will allow you to take some classes while not actually being "part" of the program.

i was told they generally look for applicants with a 3.0 gpa and around 600 math and 500 verbal GRE scores.

Thats the general consensus, but if you're GPA is your downfall, try talking with Dr. Ingoglia about taking some classes as non-matriculated. If you do well your first semester, and you have a GRE/DAT/MCAT score to give them, you would have no problem getting in.

did you eventually apply to the program or was it already too late, passed the june 1 deadline..?

Unfortunately I was too late. i e-mailed the school and asked them if they have spring admissions for the program and they told me they werent sure and that i would have to check back later in september?
So i'm just gonna have to wait and see. If they arent accepting applications for spring semes then i will apply for Fall 2007
