Hello, This is my first post. My husband and I have decided to rent out one of our 5 bedrooms. Both of our daughters are in college and this will help defer the cost. Our home is in Woodbridge, NJ, which is a very safe neighborhood, and only two short blocks from the train. UMDNJ is 20 minutes away. UMDNJ provides a shuttle to and from the train. The living arrangements would be bed and breakfast style, with fresh coffee and muffins for the morning. If you are interested please let me know. Janet
