I'm planning on going to the open house tommorow. I was wondering if any other hopeful UMDNJer was going to be there.


I am totally going to fixate my ass on SOM property until they hand me an acceptance letter just to get rid of me! 😀

I heard of someone who would go to their admissions office on days he had off just to see if someone would relinquish their spot. Apparently he got in, not sure if this is truth or fiction but good luck!

they can also hand you a rejection letter and get rid of you like that.

I am going to the open house with friends. They are interested in appling there next yearI(hopefully they will all get in) We are coming from VA so we won't be able to stay for the entire event. I am like you, is on the wait list, but I am not going to campaign for myself. Showing them your interest is enough.

I don't think it is truth.

A person who stop by adcom on days? Is such character of never giving up or something else? If this person actully goes to adm office for every chances he has then it "could" be a sign of obsesstion - Prefect for become a scientist. I personliy won't trust this person as a doctor.

I understand your furstration. It is not the best thing to be put on the waitlist - speically you really like the school. Hey I am one of them... but I do think your wording in forums could be little more conservative. 😉 I know you are kidding but still..... adcom might read this and there could be a small chance for them to figure out who wrote what...
