due to unforeseen circumstances, we have a delay in determining our admission offers. I had hoped to be able to give you all feedback by this week, but it looks as though that feedback will be available next week at the earliest.

I called them in the morning and they told me most probably the results will be sent out next week. So relax for now, no need to check ur email every 5 mins unless ure expecting sth from some other school. Good luck

I wouldnt put high hopes on that, Umich is a perfect option for most candidates and i believe its uncommon to find someone declining it (I believe the only reason would be geographical preferences).

Never loose hope my friend, I know someone who dropped his seat from Umich and went to Upenn due to familly reasons. I hope you can make it and join us Umich.
