Hey, has anyone that has received an email for Wes to apply for their minorities scholarship applied and got in? Just wondering if its even worth to apply being that I am not from any of the states they take preference to.

I was thinking about applying because of that very scholarship but the odds of getting in are similar to those of Texas schools if you're not from Kansas, Arkansas, Hawaii, or New Mexico. Might be better off applying to a more OOS friendly school

I’m from Texas and I got accepted to UMKC with that scholarship so it’s definitely worth putting in an application there!

FYI, Wes no longer works for UMKC.
