UMKC General Application Question

So I really don't know where to ask this. But I've received a link to complete UMKC's general application and there seems to be some error where it says I need to enter "previous schools" but there's no section about schools? I've emailed everyone I could find and haven't heard anything. I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem? And if I should just call the school and ask what the problem is? It just seems like a technical issue so I don't know who to exactly talk to.
