I am on hold at UMSL with a GPA of 3.27 and 360 AA/370TS. They have said I am still on hold because of my GPA. Has anyone been accepted to UMSL with a GPA similiar to mine. Or am I just SOL.

I was accepted and I had a lower GPA and lower OATs than you BUT I applied early. When did you apply? Late? The UMSL class is very small compared to other schools and since it is a state school, the seats to fill come pre-titled for certain states/in-state. You really need to apply to UMSL before end of December IMO. It takes them about a month to even process your application and they don't hold many interview days so the class is filling up in lumps.

Talk to Dr. Brown and ask her what your position is on the list and your likelihood of getting in. She will be frank with you. In the mean time, if you didn't apply elsewhere or only want to go to UMSL, then I would start prep-ing youself for next year.... you know: What did you do since last application cycle to improve your file? That is The Question for next year if you reapply.
