1. I have my references lined up but they haven't written/sent their letters of recommendation yet. Similarly, I am almost done with all my observation (I'll be sitting at 200 hours next Tuesday) but who knows how long mail/processing time will take. Would it be better for me to send in a mostly complete application now and have PTCAS send the remainder when it comes in (or is that even possible?) or should I just all send it in at once?

2. I took 2 relatively minor courses (nutrition and intro to the health care system) at a community college and transferred those classes (a B and a C because going to my university it only read credit and I didn't care all that much) for credit. Should I pay a visit to the community college and have them send a transcript for those 2 courses to PTCAS or will the transcript from my undergrad university suffice?

1. You can submit your application before your LORs are received and you are able to update your observation hours after it is sent as well. so, if everything else is complete, I'd say go ahead and send it in.

2. You'll need to have the community college send the original transcript from where the classes were taken since they are listed on your undergrad transcript for credit.

Hope this helps.
