Unable to e-submit due to designations?

Hi guys, I am attempting to e-submit but for some reason the application doesn't think I have the designations part of the application completed. I selected the schools I am applying to... what am I doing wrong? I need to submit today. Thank you so much for any advice.

If you're doing it through FAP try selecting only three schools.
