Just got an email saying that my app was undelivered because i didn't enter the semester hours for a certain school I attended. That school is entered as a professional school and the option to enter the hours isn't even available in the app! The box is there but it is greyed out and you can't click on it. The only time I can enter the semester hours is when the course work is under a non professional school. Anyone ever have this issue? So damn frustrating when the option isn't even available to do so in their own application! Also there weren't even semester hours on the transcript from that school! Beyond frustrated as I'm already late in the cycle as it is.

Contact AACOMAS ASAP via phone, not email.

that sucks. goodluck fixing it though since the people at aacomas are the rudest and least professional people I've had the pleasure of dealing with.

Its funny because in the beginning of the cycle they were AMAZING! You had tons of people lauding how fantastic they were, especially compared to AMCAS. Now a few months later and it seems that either they have gotten worse or people are more stressed - likely a combination of both.

+1 to rude experiences... My app was undelivered for another reason, and their directions were confusing so I asked a question. Their response was sort of, I told you what to do, are you stupid?...not in those words but that context.

I called AACOMAS a few times in late June and the folks were always very helpful and friendly.

I called AACOMAS several times back in July and August. I thought they were very nice and polite, however a little incompetent; it took several calls to get something done and often they just didn't know the answer to things. AMCAS on the other hand were all extremely rude however they seemed to know what they were doing.

At any rate call then ASAP, they should be able to take care of it on the phone.

I would say that this is about spot on. I personally contacted AACOMAS via email rather than phone most of the time it took emailing/calling several times to get a definitive answer to my question usually. But they were always polite so long as you dont start getting short with them.
