If I disclosed a (minor) institutional action from undergrad on my AMCAS and still got into medical school, would this information be disclosed in my residency application, or effect residency in any way?
If you disclosed that you received an IA and still got in into med school, then whatever you did is probably not a big deal and residency programs are unlikely to even care about it.

I should have seen this thread before posting another one asking the same question.
Basically, my concern is the same as the OP's
Will we have to keep disclosing undergrad IAs to residencies, licensure boards, and job applications?
If we disclose an IA on AMCAS, will the medical school we end up matriculating keep a permanent record of our undergrad IA and forward it to residencies on medical school dean's letters.
