Undergrad while in Master's

Im currently a Master's Student and I will be applying to d-school in the summer. When I take the undergrad prereqs as a Master's student, how is that factored into my GPA the dental school will see?

undergrad and grad transcripts will be seen/tabulated separately, but an average or cumulative GPA of all studies is calculated and used as the final number (total and science).
