I personally did not find them particularly useful.

I didn't think the UCV's were that good. Probably because they are more clinical than what the test is based on. Most of the time they wanted to know principles, mechanisms of actions, definitions of diseases/conditions, and physiology over diagnosing. I would completely memorize First Aid over doing the UCV. However, if you have the time...why not?
