Who is applying to UNE's class of 2017?
According to the article below, the school has 40 seats per year. only 40. I am an out of state applicant, so I don't know if I should apply.

I imagine it will be a lot like ASDOH, VCU, etc. that will take lots of regional people who want to stay in the area and practice. For a class size that small I would only apply if you're from New England.

I'll be applying and I'm from NH. I've talked to a UNE representative and they do plan on taking mostly ppl from the tristate area of NH, VT, and ME. But I think that you might have a chance even if you're not from the northeast (maybe). Like dante said they are looking for ppl to stay in the area after they graduate.

Yeah, it is a public health initiative, not the hot new dental school everyone should apply to. Treat it as such when applying.
