Hello,

I'm looking to know a bit about these schools from the students themselves. What do you like about your school? The program? What do you dislike? How are the matching programs? How is the workload? Student Body? The surrounding areas? I have a ton of questions I know. Anything else you'd like to add is appreciated. If you want to give me a link to more information about these schools, that would be appreciated as well. Thanks in advance!

As the questions you ask are very general and address the parts of the schools that are probably the most similar you may want to try asking more specfic questions so you get better results. How good a school is for you depends on you and what you are looking for. Maybe by telling us what you are really look for in a school for you specifically we can better answer your question.

I think my school has a good program, good rotations, good work load, etc. I'm sure students at the other schools feel the same way and I wouldn't disagree that they are correct as well.

Try a search. Also, look here.

As for workload, all med schools are a ton of freakin' work. But exactly how much depends on you. Wanna just get by? Need to study a lot? Don't study at all? Go to class? Wanna set the curve?

Surrounding area: are you asking if it's in a city? ski areas? water? mountains? forests? rural? nightlife? quiet? coffee houses? Depends what you're looking for. Try google for what's around the area you might be interested in.

The program you can get from each school's website if you poke around a little. Several even list the classes, descriptions, and typical MSI schedule.

Match lists have been posted fairly regularly on SDN and are on just about every school's website.

Every school's student body strives for diversity and has clubs to fit just about every interest you can think of.

Your questions can be better answered after a little reading and narrowing down your focus. You can also call each school's admissions office and get some basic information there to help you narrow down your questions a little. 🙂 Happy searching!
