Speaking from reading these boards about UNECOM, it seems like if you dont get an interview upon 'complete' status, that they wont interview you until really late in the cycle or they just wont interview you ...someone please prove me wrong.
 
I was complete on 10/18 and received an invitation to interview on 11/6 for an early december interview slot....so, hope is not lost one bit!

My guess is that the August MCATers have slowed the process down a bit.
