I spoke to UNECOM admissions office today and was told that a letter has been sent out! I haven't had an interview with them, so is this letter a rejection?

Probably, yes. Only reason I say that is because interview invites are sent via email.

I think we can officially give up now, since we've all gotten rejection letters!

I was rejected post secondary last week and my file was complete in September!

Um... UNECOM interviews all applicants considered for acceptance. The only difference would be if they were interviewed for a previous year and waitlisted but not taken off the waitlist. In that case if they reapply for the next year they are granted acceptance without interview (since they already really did the interview the year before).

The only schools I know of that accept with NO interview whatsoever are MSUCOM (that's a change in the past couple of years) and WVSOM (if you meet the numbers criteria).
