Unfilled List: Who can See what?

If someone matches into an advanced position, can they only see unfilled spots for prelim? (and vice versa) or can they see ALL unfilled spots?

I believe you can see it all if you do not match. I could be wrong, though.

I'm pretty sure the scramblers get a list of every open spot.

But...if you match an advanced position and then try to scramble into a categorical position, you will be a Match violator and risk losing both spots...and any chance for using ERAS/NRMP in the future.
